Final Model

This concept project began with a 20-foot long, two by four board. The owner wished for the board to be displayed with most of it viewed from the exterior, but still have a portion that can be observed from the interior of the structure.

The inspiration for this project was film photography. My experience with this medium has made me slow down and go through a series of steps to create each shot. This was translated into a structure that takes a person on a winding path that gives them selected views of the board.

After the suspense has developed, the user is presented with a full view of the board.

Model: wood, foam board, cardboard, paper

Rendering: Sketchup, V-Ray, Photoshop
